We STRONGLY recommend that you use online tagging. It is the fastest, easiest way to tag and it also keeps an inventory for you! To use online tagging you must register for the event on our NEW CONSIGNOR TAB, if already a past consignor just click on the Consignor Homepage tab. You must print your tags in COLOR on WHITE cardstock..
WHY? The reason for this is that the computer tags have a RED dot if it is not discounted. The dot needs to be RED! Our shoppers look for the absence of RED dots on discount days. Your items will be sold at a discount even if your dot is black due to printing in black and white. If this is the only way you can print, color over your dot with a red sharpie. You must use WHITE cardstock because regular paper tears too easily.
When you select donate in the tagging system, you will have a letter "D" in the front left hand corner of tag to represent item is set for donation.

See example below.
Use only 3x5 white index cards.
The consignor number goes in the upper left corner.
Size in the center, about an inch from the top, with price underneath. Circle the price in RED if you DO NOT want your item to be discounted on discount day(s). We recommend discounting...it's better than taking it back home with you!
The item description goes in the center below the price. Describe it well! This helps us in the event of lost tags. "Book" or "Pants" as the description will not help us find your item if the tag comes off.
Put a "D" in Bottom Left Hand Corner
DO NOT HIGHLIGHT: WE ARE NO LONGER REQUIRING HIGHLIGHTING THE TAGS (If already highlighted, do not make any changes, we will still accept).
The example below is of a handwritten tag that is NOT discounted and NOT donated.
(Make sure and read the Important Tagging Details box at the bottom of the page)
On garments, attach the tag with a safety pin or tagging gun near the upper right side of the garment by pinning in the seam or attach your tag to the manufacturers tag.
All clothing items should be hung with the hook facing left, like a question mark. Please use safety pins to hang pants to the upper sloped bar of the hanger rather than folding them over the hanger. Please do not use clothes pins. Pin the tag 1 inch from the OUTER SEAM so item does not shift when it is on the hanger.
If in doubt about how secure your garment is on the hanger give it the TUGG test! You want a Tested and U won't fall to the Ground Garment! Trust me, clothespins do not pass the TUGG test! We can't sell you garment if it is 1) on the floor and 2) dirty from falling off its hanger on the floor.
If you use a Tagging Gun, please attach your tags to the manufacturer's tag or preferably, into a seam. These are great time-savers but can leave a hole if punched through fabric.
Ziploc bags are are required shoes. Place the card on the inside of the Ziploc bag, preferably taped to the bag. Securely fasten shoes together (especially if they do not fit in a Ziploc bag) - the best way is to use zip-ties through laces, loops or buckles, since zip-ties cannot be removed without cutting. Even if your shoes fit in a Ziploc bag, it is required to use zip-ties, in case shoes get taken out of the bag. LIMITED TO 10 (TEN) "LIKE NEW" CHILDREN & TEEN STYLES (NO WOMEN SHOES, NO MEN SHOES)
Shirts: Pants:
Please do not hang like this:

Notice that the pants are attached to the top bars of the hanger, not the bottom. Pants need to be attached to hangers with appropriate sized safety pins.
IMPORTANT: For additional security, place masking tape with your consignor number & price on the bottom of each shoe and the inside of your garments near the manufacturer's tag.. This helps identify your item in case the card is lost or the shoes get separated. Please DO NOT put duplicate tags on an item ESPECIALLY do not place two tags with prices on your item!
